For my opening post, I thought I’d just do a vstery brief description of the landscape here.  The St Lucie real estate market is very diverse and it would be impossible to describe it in one post.  You have everything from oceanfront estates, horse farms, country clubs and more.

To the east, you have the Hutchinson Island real estate market.  Here you will find estate homes on the ocean and wide water intracoastal homes for all of the boating enthusiasts.  There are also a great deal of beautiful condo opportunities available in this market.

To the west you have the very diverse Fort Pierce real estate and Port Saint Lucie real estate markets.  In the past few years, these markets have seen huge booms of growth.  Some very beautiful communities have formed here.  There are also a lot of realy great opportunities to buy some properties that have fallen into foreclosure.
