The Tiara

Located on Singer Island, the Tiara was built in 1977. This building has been through total reconstruction just completed in 2008. This tall building offering 320 units on 43 floors is the tallest building on Singer Island, offering some of the best ocean views the island has to offer The Tiara has 24 hour manned secured and offers an amazing restaurant and lounge on the top floor, a wonderful pool and gazebo, as well as library and spa.  The Tiara also offers impact windows and new balconies.

Via Delfino

Via Delfino located on the ocean in Singer Island is a newer building built in 2003. This attractive building offers 33 units on 21 floors. This beautiful condo also offers poolside cabanas, exercise room, pool, and hot tub. Via Delfino is located just off of PGA Blvd, close to all of the best amenities of Palm Beach Gardens.

Cote D Azur

Cote D Azur located on Singer Island was built in 1974. Cote D Azur consists of 2 18 floor buildings with around 206 total units. There are six 2 bedroom units per floor ranging in 1400-1500 sq ft under air. Cote D Azur offers an over sized heated pool, tennis courts, entrance gate, and covered parking.

Dunes Towers

Dunes Towers located on the ocean on Singer Island was built in 1972 and 1978. Dunes Towers offers 2 towers with 4 units per floor. Dunes Towers offers a heated pool, library, and saunas. Condos in Dunes Towers offer gorgeous ocean views.

For my opening post, I thought I’d just do a vstery brief description of the landscape here.  The St Lucie real estate market is very diverse and it would be impossible to describe it in one post.  You have everything from oceanfront estates, horse farms, country clubs and more.

To the east, you have the Hutchinson Island real estate market.  Here you will find estate homes on the ocean and wide water intracoastal homes for all of the boating enthusiasts.  There are also a great deal of beautiful condo opportunities available in this market.

To the west you have the very diverse Fort Pierce real estate and Port Saint Lucie real estate markets.  In the past few years, these markets have seen huge booms of growth.  Some very beautiful communities have formed here.  There are also a lot of realy great opportunities to buy some properties that have fallen into foreclosure.
